- The University of Toronto is as close to home as I have been while in post-secondary education. There are almost no direct flights, but the total flight time isn't more than two hours, and the airport connections are fairly convenient on both ends. I'm only an hour and a half from the US border, and a large portion of my circle of friends here in town are Americans as well. Indeed, possible half of the Centre for Medieval Studies is comprised of Americans. As a Midwesterner, my accent blends in tolerably well. |

Essentially he's exposing the biggest threat of all: that we end up becoming used to our UIs to the point where we trust them implicitly. |
