freenet = systematischer Betrug? |

THE WAY OF LiFe (Feb 29 2004 01:59 GMT) - What goes around comes around thats what people sayThen they relize lifes not really that way.Someone hurts you real bad You always feel sad.You try to tell them and remind themBut they continue to live with their past behind them. |

Snow and Crime (Feb 29 2004 01:57 GMT) - It snowed last night. It snows very rarely here, so it is an event every time. We rushed out and had a snowball fight and made a snowman before it melted again. Then, after we got in again, a little later, I walked outside and realized that somebody had made off with our two bicycles. Locks and all. |

RGTP blog mode (Feb 29 2004 01:55 GMT) - It just occurred to me that if there was a fourth class of user on an RGTP board (other than "read only", "read/write" and "editor") which could reply to posts (and create continuations) but couldn't create original articles, then RGTP would be a pretty good mapping to a simple blog system. I think I'll put that in the next version of Spurge. |

U.S. Blames Arisitide for Haiti crisis (Feb 29 2004 01:54 GMT) - AFP The White House has directly blamed Haiti’s first democratically elected president, Jean Bertrand Aristide, for the current crisis in his country and questioned “his fitness to continue to govern Haiti”.“This long-simmering crisis is largely of Mr Aristide’ |

Help write the world's longest poem (Feb 29 2004 01:52 GMT) - Man, the guys at Benrik have created some sheerly hilarious stuff. I posted below about their World Mood Chart, but then I started looking around the rest of their site -- and I found The World's Longest Poem. Go there, enter your own line of up to 60 characters, and it will automatically be added to the poem. It's already 8,662 lines long (I dumped the text into an Excel spreadsheet to find out), though that includes a place in the middle with the line "yeti, dodo, chocolate muffins all dead but where's the care" repeated 172 times in a row, which is either a bug in the program or a contributor making some truly opaque literary statement. Here's the text leading up to my contribution; |
