- I finally got my check for the CD MAP settlement. It's interesting that although the settlement was approved on June 13, 2003, and the Final Judgment and Order was issued on July 9, 2003, they did not even begin to mail the payments out until last week. I wonder when the CD companies actually had to pay out the money and who has been holding it in the interim. The yield from $44 million for seven and a half months is not inconsequential. |
