Maybe Spring (Feb 29 2004 22:47 GMT) - Yesterday and today were beautiful, highs in the 50's. It's been a long winter, and it's not over yet, but this weekend's weather has been a wonderful respite. Yesterday I spent a few hours out on our balcony wiping the winter grime off the chairs and table. I found two bags of bulbs that I had stored away, bought at an end of season firesale sometime last year. I was planning on planting them in some bare 8 gallon pots we inherited from the previous owner, but never got around to it last fall. |

Blogger News Item (Feb 29 2004 22:45 GMT) - Why a validator? Despite its relatively simple nature, RSS is poorly implemented by many tools. This validator is an attempt to codify the specification (literally, to translate it into code) to make it easier to know when you're producing RSS correctly, and to help you fix it when you're not. The validator also supports the new Atom format for syndicated feeds. Early adopters who wish to support Atom should use the validator to make sure they generate it properly from day 1. |

Pussy (Feb 29 2004 22:44 GMT) - Washed eris_raven last night. I lost more blood giving plasma, but the plasma pokes hurt less. Washed shammash today, who did me no injury. We'll be catsitting for the Viking next weekend, as his house is getting hit with a bug bomb or two. This means the Viking's familiar, the crotchety neutered tom Trickster, a fifteen-year-old fellow who was, last time I saw him, as fat as he was old, as strong as he was fat, and as cranky as all three of the above put together. |
