Mmmmmm Spring Break! (Mar 05 2004 17:59 GMT) - This is the last day of classes before Spring Break begins. Unlike other years where I have looked forward to having nothing to do over spring break (I never could afford to take a stupid trip!) this year is going to be spent cleaning up on thesis and working very hard on WuhWuh 0.1 I look forward to adding some new features (including an intergerated Link Blog with comments) and really touching up the documentation. I have not had any offers of help (and without any sign of pout) I am just going to do it myself. |

I must have accidentally dropped them in when moving things about. |

Replacing All Your Credit Cards With A Card Writing Device (Mar 05 2004 17:58 GMT) - Wired is running an article about a new sort of device that is being designed to replace all your credit cards. It's a fascinating idea. It's a small device (the "Pocket Vault"), that comes with its own card (the "Chameleon Card") stored inside. When you first get it, you stick each of your credit cards, bank cards, debit cards, whatever cards, into the device, and it records the info on the magnetic stripe. Then, all you need to carry around is the device (with its own card inside). |
