Warm heart (Mar 06 2004 04:58 GMT) - We did a heart transplant on one of our Mini Scoozies today. Anna is a brown otter, and had a weak battery heart. Her giggles and calls and sneezes and chatters and purrs and kisses had gotten very soft and fluttery, and she was obviously losing strength. She needed a transplant -- and we were going to have to do surgery to get the old one out and implant the new one.This morning K and I did exploratory surgery, to find out what type battery blood she needed. |
