- Holy Well / Spring in Cheshire. The Wizard's Well can be found on the magical outcrop of Alderley Edge in Cheshire, famous for its legend of a band of warriors who reputedly lie sleeping in a chamber below ground, ready to awake in a time of crisis to save their country. The carving of the wizard and the inscription, which reads 'Drink of this and take thy fill for the water falls by the Wizhard's will', were reputedly created by local stone mason Robert Garner, the great-great-grandfather of local author Alan Garner (famous for his book The Weirdstone of Brisingamen) in the 19th century.

New features in this release include a EL tag that allows JSTL's EL expressions in all attributes, as well as the ability to use Struts Menu outside of a Struts application. I also took the time to add a database-driven example to the sample app. For the database-driven menu (as well as the app I'm writing for Spring Live) - I'm using HSQL. It is part of a project named GlobeGate, which focuses on online language resources in Japanese, German, French, Spanish, and Arabic. It features an article on an organized analytical description of literary work as a text - known in French as "explication de texte". - The Web Site "Queneau's Cent Mille Milliards de Poémes" is in English and has been published by Beverly Charles Rowe. It provides a full translation into English of Raymond Queneau's (one of the Oulipo group) work, one hundred million milliards of poems. This amazing feat of poetry consists of ten sonnets published in 1961, on card with each line on a separate strip of card, which meant that any line from any sonnet can be combined with the others, as they all use the same rhyme scheme and rhyme sounds. The author has provided a new translation and presents the sonnets in both English and French, with annotations. It is a great resource, which is the type of literature that benefits from the facilities that the Internet can offer.
