Die Branche solle nicht den Nutzern die Schuld geben, wenn sie selber den Beginn des Informationszeitalters verschlafen und es versäumt hat, ihr Geschäftsmodell an die digitale Welt anzupassen. Der CCC hält die Klagen des Bundesverband Phono / der IFPI für stark zweifelhaft. Es kann nicht sein, dass die Musikindustrie ihre Ziele dadurch erreicht, in dem sie eine massive Panik vor immensen Schadensersatzforderungen schürt. Solche sind in Deutschland auch gar nicht durchsetzbar. |

Problem I'm obviously not Wilbon (he's got way better hair) and the post had nothing to do with the Cubs (which I really don't have any strong feelings about either way.) I've had another curious comment of late, but I'm leaving that one around. |
