Более 70% акций ГЭС принадлежат структурам, представляющим “Русский алюминий” и “Базовый элемент” (компании Олега Дерипаски), поэтому выгодный для алюминиевого короля результат был получен без особого труда. Представители дочерней компании РАО ЕЭС “Красноярскэнеро” голосовали против допэмиссии, но, владея только 25,02% акций станции, не смогли воспрепятствовать принятию итогового решения. В любом случае энергетики примут участие в выкупе акций дополнительного транша - решение об этом утвердил Совет директоров РАО ЕЭС 26 марта. Если этого не сделать, вторая по мощности ГЭС страны перейдет в практически монопольную собственность Красноярского алюминиевого завода и почти полностью (90% мощностей) переключится на его обслуживание. |
