Суд перенесли в связи с тем, что адвокат Игорь Трунов, представляющий интересы истцов, подал ходатайство о привлечении в качестве соответчика по делу правительство Москвы, сообщает РИА “Новости”. "Поскольку правительство Москвы позволило построить на территории города социально опасный объект и нарушить его эксплуатацию, то оно должно нести за это ответственность", – отметил Трунов. Он подчеркнул, что разрешение на строительство по представлению Мосгорэкспертизы дает именно правительство Москвы, а контроль на всех этапах и эксплуатационную безопасность осуществляют Москомархитектура, Госархстройнадзор – функциональные органы правительства Москвы.
