Now You Tell Me (Apr 20 2004 19:59 GMT) - Well, somewhere I went all wrong. See during college I spent my prime dating time working at a radio station trying to get somewhere in the industry. Then after college I spent part of my time working at a butcher shop, and let me tell you that smelling like ham twenty four hours a day does not attract the kind of women I was looking for. Then I decided to leave America and spend a few years on the mission field. Well, while there were a few ladies in my area, I was too busy doing the task at hand. |

Reflections on Columbine (Apr 20 2004 19:58 GMT) - Five years ago today, two young men took the lives of twelve of their classmates, one teacher, and killed themselves. I wonder how the families are coping with this anniversary, those of the victims and the killers. I view the shootings much differently now than when they happened; I have since become a parent to two children. That alone has changed my worldview considerably. |

The lucky Jewish Asian boy with two mommies (Apr 20 2004 19:57 GMT) - So we were hanging out with our kids at a local playground. On the other side of the sandbox, my wife recognized a woman she used to work. Her friend was in a group of two women, two men, and two very cute Asian two-year-olds. It wasn't what you might expect. The other woman was her lesbian partner, the guys were a gay couple, and they had each adopted one of the little boys from Vietnam. |
