You can't get anymore evil and sinister than that. Lord of all devil music that album is. |

I was just thinking tonight ... (Apr 26 2004 05:57 GMT) - I was just thinking tonight of how I might react if faced with having to figure out a course of action in an unfamiliar world or role, such as having to defend a city after some time of cataclysmic event. I think my initiatl focus would be to assess and establish success measures, which involves finding up with some meaningful parameters for those metrics as well. I might find that some of the measures were inconclusive, or worse, but I would know not to use those measures again, winnowing down whatever tactics we implement until we know what our success measures are and whether or not we are working towards them. I think some other folks, or technologies, or ideologies may win out in the short term, but a philosophy based on metrics will eventually achieve success on some level. |
