Artificial Intelligence gone wild!!! (Apr 27 2004 06:59 GMT) - This experiment demonstrates and mimics certain intricacies of an ant colony (collective sorting/grouping specifically). Individually ants are relatively stupid however, in groups ants work together to perform large tasks, such as grouping things (i.e. food) together. Majority Of Contributors To Randy Leonard Gave $1000 Or More (Apr 27 2004 06:57 GMT) - Two things struck us as we began to read the 1st Pre-Election finance report from the Randy Leonard campaign. Second, and more importantly, the clear majority of contributors to his campaign gave $1,000 or more -- more than several of which gave between $2,500 and $10,000. We feel this is worth an item in... |

Sunday Morning: The Most Segregated Hour Of America (Apr 27 2004 06:56 GMT) - "On Sunday mornings, the mostly black congregation of Forest Missionary Baptist gathers at its Newburg church, while the mostly white congregation of Highland Baptist worships at its Cherokee Triangle sanctuary. The racial pattern repeats itself in many churches throughout Louisville and the nation. At first glance, churches seem to have changed little since the 1950s, when the Rev.
