The coming back of jobs (Apr 29 2004 23:45 GMT) - The New York Times ran a great article yesterday about how "India's vaunted high-technology work force is not always as effective as advertised." Millions of Americans continue to smoke marijuana occasionally, or even on a regular basis, with no ill effects. No ill effects, that is, except those which their government inflicts upon them with its war on marijuana. |
