This blog is broken (Jun 06 2004 16:59 GMT) - This blog uses a modified version of the Serendipity PHP weblog engine. This engine is really worth a look, but there is a big 'but': Unfortunately, the modifications broke some functions like the archives which isn't working. The last pre-release doesn't allow searches with MySQL as well, we disabled this function for now. We'll try to fix those nifty bugs soon to allow all readers full access before the lunch at June 1. |

Fedora Core 2: Workaround for dual-booting bug (Jun 06 2004 16:59 GMT) - Some people discovered a broken partition table after the Installation of the community-driven Red Hat Linux successor Fedora Core 2. There's a workaround contributed by Jack Aboutboul to the fedora-devel mailing list which makes Fedora Core 2 and Windows 2000/XP/whatever play well together. That this bug hasn't been found before by some folks at the Fedora Project is really harrowing, because it impacts the common regard of the project in a negative way. Unfortunately, the bug leads to bad reviews like the last one Linux.com posted: |
