Tags for Identifying Languages: IESG Issues Last Call Review for IETF BCP (Jun 08 2004 23:19 GMT) - The IESG has announced a last call review for the Internet Draft "Tags for Identifying Languages," pending a decision to approve the draft as an IETF Best Current Practice (BCP) RFC. "RFC 3066bis" provides enhanced stability and expressiveness for language identification in markup. It describes the structure, content, construction, and semantics of language tags for use in cases where it is desirable to indicate the language used in an information object. |
