- Hi all, I was going to handle this myself privately, but it suddenly occurred to me that it could be a teaching thread here and others could benefit, so here's my question. What is the best way to provide business referrals? For example, I'm asked quite often who I recommend for things like web design or SEO or lately, a company that specializes in design with an emphasis on SEO/usability. I point people to a page on my website I've prepared that points to companies with whom I hold in high regard (mostly familiar names from these forums whom I've gotten to know and trust). My practice is to not get into specifics about what each person does, because A - I haven't used them personally, or B - I leave that part up the company, their proposal, etc. |

- I have service with AT&T with a Siemens SX56 phone. Over the past few months I have been receiving phone calls, 30-60 per day, which are identified as unknown. When I answer the phone is connected for about 3 seconds and then the call terminates.
