- I heard that AT&T is having major back-office issues as well as issues with it's clearing house and in most cases has not been able to respond to port orders for 3-5 days. Several other companies are having similar issues. Its my suggestion to everyone out there planning to port, give it a few months. Let the frenzy die down. You do not have to resign a contract to continue service after yours has expired.
