Cold Front has Slowed Fishing. (Jun 11 2004 00:59 GMT) - The fishing has slowed down the last couple of days with the high winds and colder weather. Higgins Lake is real slow as the lake has just been to rough the last few days. I think that when it warms back up the perch fishing should pick up. My brother was delivering bait in... |

Horrid hallucinations from the heterogeneous heap of hilarity...... (Jun 11 2004 00:59 GMT) - Finally home from work, what a long day. Up at 4, on the road by 4:30, start at 6(AM), end at 5, work meeting until 6:30, yeah, that's that. I need to stay in, relax, and do some stuff tonight but damn it that freaking Suicide Girls Burlesque Show is going on at Backbooth again and I must say my curiousity is getting the better of me. |

.:Losing a friend:. (Jun 11 2004 00:58 GMT) - DonÂ’t tell me youÂ’re starting to think again Of taking your life and then making it end DonÂ’t tell me I have to cry once more I feel my heart as itÂ’s getting sore You tell me whatÂ’s happening and how youÂ’ve feltItÂ’s so hard for you I donÂ’t know how youÂ’ve dealt I think of when IÂ’m old and in a home And IÂ’ll be reading the paper all alone IÂ’ll see your name there and my heart will stop ItÂ’ll tense up hard then take a drop Then IÂ’ll read your name upon a stone And IÂ’ll be stuck here old and all alone Hopefully that day doesnÂ’t come too quick God I pray thatÂ’s not the choice you pick Make me a promise and keep it good Do it for me cause you know you should IÂ’ll die from heartbreak the day you pass So promise me you wonÂ’t end it so fast You said think of it like this, I really will be That guardian angel, and IÂ’ll watch you threeBut I donÂ’t want that to be the way it goes IÂ’d have to look at that stone and drop the roseIÂ’ll have a piece of you there forever in my heart And if you ever die ItÂ’ll crack apart And ItÂ’ll hurt until the day I die too With you gone IÂ’ll never make it through So promise me this thinking is soon to end Because I canÂ’t stand the thought of losing a friend |

Brumb.....errr... I mean Wallaby team announced (Jun 11 2004 00:58 GMT) - No shock really that the Wallaby team announced yesterday is packed full of our mighty Brumbies. 8 in the starting lineup + JP on the bench. This number will only increase once Mortlock & Gerrard are clear of injury. Check out the team here on foxsports.com. |

Stanhope Tanty over CPA. (Jun 11 2004 00:58 GMT) - Fascinating media release here from Comrade Stanhope. It would seem that because the Opposition has dared to question Bill Wood's junkets the Government is going to think about pulling the ACT out of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (which provides opposition Boy Wonder Smyth with travel opportunities). Some would question how our Assembly qualifies as a Parliament, personally I love the shrill indignant way our Leader responds to criticism. |

Boss blasts Bush: 10 questions with Bruce Springsteen (Jun 11 2004 00:56 GMT) - Bruce Springsteen did a noble thing by reprinting Al Gore's speech blasting Bush on his website. As the creator of the Springsteen Indicator (as reported by Laurel Wellman in the San Francisco Chronicle back before 9/11). The Springsteen Indicator is an economic theory that has been widely accepted by some of my friends since it was printed. The thinking went, "We won't officially know we are in a recession until the Boss releases a new album." While meant as a joke, it was funny because of America's association of The Boss and the trickle-down, voodoo, Reagonomics that hurt so many during the last Republican recession. |

Britney's Completely Creative Tour Names (Jun 11 2004 00:54 GMT) - I was thinking about the whole Britknee IN THE ZONE trademark infringement lawsuitSince receiving a cease and desist letter from Lite Breeze requesting that Ms. Spears and the other defendants stop using its IN THE ZONE trademark, the Spears camp has allegedly pulled from sale all t-shirts using the IN THE ZONE trademark. Ms. Spears' unauthorized use of the trademark is in direct contradiction to her 2002 public service announcements warning people against music piracy and theft of intellectual property.
