- y good laugh at the time. That one sort of reminded me of a US Supreme Court case back in 1893 which decided once and for all whether a tomato was a fruit or a vegetable. There was also an administrative case, I believe in the 70s, which involved a change in the amount of peanuts that had to be in peanut butter in order to call it peanut butter. There was a 3% change, and one of the companies manufacturing peanut butter disagreed. They spent seven years, and quite a few dollars litigating the decision. |
