How does one measure satisfaction? (Jun 19 2004 17:51 GMT) - g to the effect that found your article to be "eye-opening, a revelation, fantastinating" wouldn't you interpret this overwhelming response to mean people were generally 'satisfied' and that you accomplished your goal? If you compare that scenario to one lonely comment that said, "It was a good article," it seems to me the volume of responses in the first case to be a more effective general measurement or guage of overall reader satisfaction, when compared to the one lonely comment (in the second hypothetical case). ... |
