Amazingly, Gebrselassie had not trained for three weeks before the Games due an Achilles injury he aggravated six weeks ago on his home track, which is 14 years old and riddled with pot holes. "Our main problem is our track," said the 31-year-old on Thursday in his first news conference since the race. |
