Hitachi, Matsushita, Toshiba Form LCD Panel Venture (Aug 31 2004 15:59 GMT) - Hitachi Ltd., Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. and Toshiba Corp. said Tuesday they have agreed to set up a joint venture to manufacture liquid crystal display panels measuring 23 inches and above for flat TVs. Although the three companies have not yet come up with the name of the venture, they said they will capitalize it at 60-70 billion yen with Hitachi Displays Ltd. |

Desde hace meses después de que el desarrollo de la nueva iMac se retrasó la compañia anunció que para Septiembre estaría disponible lo cual cumplieron ya que podrás comprarla a partir de mediados del mes. Como expliqué en un post anterior el enfoque de Apple en las iMacs esta pasando de ser más que tener un diseño único a ser una computadora invisible, por lo tanto en cada generación será menos espectacular pero más “integrable” a tu ambiente de vida. |

Just a gripe (Aug 31 2004 15:58 GMT) - Our local very small impoundment has a few bass over 2 lbs. The local guys catch them and release them for the next guy. Last week someone landed a 5 pounder. I've caught it a few times myself over the years. Although everyone begged this "sportsman" to place the fish back into our pond, he refused and took the fish home. |
