J'ai trouvé - dans les langues que je peux lire - environ 80 décisions dans lesquelles la question du langage est abordée. Dans un quart d'entre elles, la discussion porte simplement sur la langue de la procédure (parfois de façon amusante). Dans une dizaine d'autres cas, le demandeur ou le défendeur soulèvent l'argument du langage à l'appui de leurs prétentions, sans que cela soit spécifiquement repris dans la discussion. En revanche, dans une quinzaine d'autres décisions, quelques lignes sont consacrées à la signification du signe disputé. |
