A good test would test for things that would break your script, but those would not be submissions that you would want to keep..... - On May 17, 2005 we will have a provincial election here in BC and the voters of the province will have an opportunity to vote on a referendum at the same time. That referendum will determine if BC moves away from a first-past-the-post electoral system, possibly the most flawed version of democracy, to a Single Transferable Vote system. This is the recommendation of the Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform that has been working on this for 10 months now.
