MIKE LAWRENCE: ILLINOIS SHOULD MOVE UP PRIMARIES TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN ELECTION (Oct 31 2004 13:47 GMT) - As we all know by now, Illinoisans really do not matter. Barring a convulsion of the political landscape, we will watch next Tuesday as Ohioans, Floridians, Iowans, Pennsylvanians and folks in a few other states choose our president. We have merited only the faintest of blips on the Kerry and Bush radar screens from the get-go, and we likely will find ourselves among the great ignored in 2008 and beyond unless we seriously consider changes in state election law -- one of them particularly dramatic. |

VOICE OF THE SOUTHERN: VOTERS IN 59TH SENATE DISTRICT SHOULD SUPPORT SUMMERS (Oct 31 2004 13:47 GMT) - Voters in the 59th State Senate district have witnessed a tough and expensive campaign between candidates Gary Forby and Ron Summers that turned negative, unnecessarily, almost from the start. That is unfortunate as the 59th District voters deserve to hear about what the candidates would do in the next four years as a member of the Legislature, and less about nit-picking over past, irrelevant issues. |

Ifølge hvad jeg har kunne læse mig til så skal softwaren følge den computer som man køber den til når det er en oem udgave, altså dør computeren gør softwaren det også. På den anden side må man jo gerne opgradere sin computer med f.eks. |
