Ortho visit (Nov 10 2004 23:58 GMT) - I had an orthodontist appointment this morning, and as usual, I've got a huge muscle spasm in my neck and shoulder. I was clenching my teeth from anxiety ahead of time, and whenever I have an adjustment my bite changes slightly and my muscles get all screwed up. Ken was really helpful -- he came with me to the appointment, then when we came home he massaged my shoulder and put a Thermo-heat-thingy on it. I'm amazed at how much those help! It's still painful, but it's not as bad as it was. |

- Un accord d entreprise sur l galit professionnelle entre les hommes et les femmes a t sign le 18 octobre dernier par la CFE-CGC, la CFTC, FO et SIPE. La CFDT, la CGT et l'UNSA ont refus de signer. La CFDT regrette l'absence d'engagement de recrutement dans les services techniques et gnraux o le dsquilobre hommes - femmes est flagrant. Le syndicat note par ailleurs l'absence d'engagement sur les volutions de carrire alors que 65% des positions d encadrement oprationnel sont occupes par des hommes. L'accord fait enfin l'impasse sur l'galit salariale. |

- Je sais que j'ai promis trois personnes ce soir de me coucher tt mais je voulais crire un dernier texte parce que je me sens honteux ce soir, vraiment honteux ... Je me sens honteux pour deux raisons : ce soir je suis dsavou par deux de mes attitudes et je me rends compte quel point j'ai manqu de responsabilit et d'attention. Je viens de regarder une nouvelle fois le Dernier Samoura avec Tom Cruise et quand je vois cette discipline, cette dignit, cette matrise de soi j'en retire une grande honte pour moi-mme parce que je me rends compte que ma prtention est bien trop grande souvent rapport ce que je suis et fait effectivement dans ma vie quotidienne. Aujourd'hui je suis dsavou par mon corps qui me dit de faon humiliante quelle irresponsabilit a t la mienne dans mon hygine de vie alors que je savais pertinnement que c'tait la condition essentielle pour vivre mes choix de vie. |
