Oh well (Nov 23 2004 23:30 GMT) - Through Free Screenings, I earned tickets to tonight's preview of Alexander by playing loads and loads of stupid radio-station trivia games. I checked Rotten Tomatoes earlier today, and of 20 reviews to date, only two are even remotely positive. I think I shall reclaim those three hours of my life and not see the film, even if it is free. I just wish I made this decision in time to offer my tickets to other Boston-area friends who might be more classically minded. Then again, reading some of the reviews, it may be a mercy to protect my friends from it as well. |
