They have allowed me to do this twice before and now say they have NEVER allowed customers to do this at all. Just to find out has anyone else had Vodafone renew the contract halfway through a current contract so that they keep you as a customer? And does anyone have a contact for a manager at Vodafone rather than the unhelpful "David" who said he was an account manager and "thats as far as you are going to get to speak with a manager in this company. |
