- Госдума в конце декабря 2004 года - начале января 2005 введет ответственность за продажу и распитие пива и напитков на его основе в запрещенных местах, передает РБК. В Госдуму уже внесены соответствующие поправки в Кодекс об административных правонарушениях (КоАП), и в максимально короткие сроки они будут рассмотрены нижней палатой парламента. Во внесенных поправках в КоАП за распитие пива в запрещенных законом местах нарушитель будет наказываться штрафом в размере 100 рублей. Юридические лица, нарушившие закон и продающие пиво в неположенных местах, планируется наказывать штрафом в размере от 40 до 200 МРОТ, для физических лиц за подобные деяния штраф будет чуть ниже. Госдума 26 ноября этого года приняла в редакции согласительной комиссии законопроект, согласно которому розничная продажа пива и напитков, изготавливаемых на его основе, не допускается несовершеннолетним гражданам, а также в детских, образовательных, медицинских организациях и на прилегающих к ним территориях. |
