W3C Publishes Three Initial Working Drafts for Web Services Addressing (Dec 09 2004 23:25 GMT) - The W3C Web Services Addressing Working Group has released three First Working Drafts for the "Web Services Addressing." Chartered in October 2004 as part of the W3C Web Services Activity, the WG is designing transport-neutral addressing mechanisms by defining XML elements to identify Web service endpoints and to secure end-to-end endpoint identification in messages. The first Working Draft contains three documents: a Core, WSDL Binding, and SOAP Binding. |
