- I didn't expect that the hardest thing about a full time job would be sitting for 8 to 10 hours a day. I don't know about you guys but the work has been really hard on my body. Shoulders, neck, back, legs, most of it. Not good if I plan to be doing this for the next thirty years! I'm seeing a great massage therapist for the neck/shoulder/back pain, but only so much of that is covered by extended health care here and it returns quickly. |
