Help [Wendy Stephens] (Dec 15 2004 11:56 GMT) - I was sent a letter from the Student loans company back in April saying that they would start tacking money from my pay (old job), but they never did. Then I started this job with Cc4web and started to get worried that the interest was incurring on the account, but just presumed that I wasnāt earning enough to be paying it back yet. So phoned them up this morning and they said there must have been a mistake with the paper work as I should have been paying it back and to take it up with the Inland Revenue. I have incurred a few hundred pound interest when I could have been paying it back. I know it is partially my fault for being ignorant but do I have a claim? |
