A March article from the March 2004 Harvard University Gazette has a great profile of mayor of Bogota, Colombia. He's a former academic and has been using mimes to encourage people not to jaywalk or behave irresponsibly in public. via boingboing. Another innovative idea was to use mimes to improve both traffic and citizens' behavior. |

Kotaku Temporarily Futzed (Dec 23 2004 17:35 GMT) - The server gremlins decided to wreak a little havok with Kotaku Wednesday and the site is currently down. We're moving domain registrars so hopefully everything will be up and running by Monday morning at the latest. Until then Gizmodo has been kind enough to let Kotaku hang out in the corner and mumble about gaming hardware. |
