Kerstdiner (Dec 26 2004 12:41 GMT) - Het kerstdiner dat ik gisteren voor mijn ouders heb gemaakt is geslaagd. Wonderbaarlijk is alles goed gegaan en was alles heel lekker. Ik had champignonsoep als voorafje gemaakt en als tweede voorafje de gerookte zalm die ik van de week gekregen had. Het hhofdgerecht was rollade in stroganoffsaus, gepofte aardappelen en twee soorten groentemix. Het toetje was bosvruchtenijs met daaroverheen zomervruchten in saus. |
