Jeg er i øjeblikket ved at opdatere en maskinpark fra win98/win2k til winxp og har i den forbindelse de vilde problemer med at få installeret to scannere: HP ScanJet 3400c Acer ScanPrisa 340p HP blev automatisk installeret via USB tilslutning, men under Egenskaber for scanneren står den til at være ikke tilgængelig, og hvis man forsøger at bruge scannersoftwaren får man fejlen: "Sorry, scanner could not be initialised" Aceren vil slet ikke installeres, idet den ikke bliver fundet af xp og ikke dukker op i Enhedshåndtering. Og når jeg manuelt forsøger at installere en driver - og det endelig lykkedes, så får den også status som ikke tilgængelig. |
