Lo dice Norman F Dixon en “Sobre la psicología de la incompetencia militar”, un divertido y descorazonador ensayo sobre el universo psicológico de los generales. Como era de esperar, muchos de los argumentos expuestos en este libro podrían aplicarse también a otras empresas humanas. No hay, realmente, razón que permita suponer que la incompetencia es más frecuente en las subculturas militares que en la política, el comercio o la universidad. Aunque también es cierto que no todos los generales llevan uniforme. |
