- Best conference/educational event I've attended was last year's Information Architecture summit, and this year's takes place March 3-7 in Montreal. Intelligent, super-useful case-study presentations, top-notch peer network, and no vendors to hawk their stuff. I can't go this year unless I come up with the dough myself, because my employer doesn't authorize international travel, and Canada is considered international. We'll see.
