Второе чтение соответствующего закона предварительно запланировано ближайшую на среду, 19 января. Суть документа, над которым Дума работает более года, - перевод НВП из разряда факультативных, добровольных предметов в категорию обязательных. Таким образом предполагается устранить противоречия между законом об образовании, который действует с 92-го года, и более поздним законом о воинской обязанности. Первый установил добровольный характер НВП, второй – обязательный. |
