In fact it's something I've been thinking about for quite a long time, which is why I decided to construct this apartment marketing idea website. As you can see it's fairly new so I probably haven't got all the advice that you're after yet. But what I do have are links to the very best apartment marketing idea sites available on the web today. Are we in the Heartbeat economy [Ellis Pratt (Tech. Author)] (Jan 18 2005 08:58 GMT) - This week's "In Business" radio programme claimed that, in the next few years, companies will have to deliver goods and services that provide seamless, stress-free satisfaction - "The Heartbeat economy". Using the ideas from "The Support Economy" by Shoshana Zuboff and James Maxmin, they spoke to companies that "sell the experience". This means developing processes to support the sale throughout the lifetime of the product. Interestingly, they cited Toyota as an example. I've never had a Toyota so I don't know what ther customer experience is like. |

RSS Aggravation (Jan 18 2005 08:57 GMT) - Are feeds implied licenses, or can they alter express ones? I don't think there's an easy answer, but a court could be asked this question before long as businesses built on RSS continue to explore what they can and should be doing with the material they aggregate. Marty Schwimmer (Bloglines, no thanks), Dennis Kennedy (don't make me put ads in my feed), and Robert Scoble (people who live in full post houses shouldn't throw republication stones) have more. Mark Fletcher expands and contracts.... |

Political Marketing [Alastair Irvine] (Jan 18 2005 08:56 GMT) - Did anyone else find the difference between the LibDems GE campaign launch and the Conservative's presentation on finance frightening yesterday? Michael Howard stands up there between two flat screens in a nice olde worlde building with smart podiums. The LibDems sit behind a cheap and nasty cubicle desk in front of a John Major-Gray background with the occasional Yellow/Orange LibDem bird. One looked like they knew what they were doing; the others looked like a tiny firm at an expensive recruitment fair. |
