- The whole personna thing is easy for me as we build products that have a very specific user. That said I have found that engineers come on board when you can give them something they relate to. I call it scenarios. I setup the user description and all that but then go on to explain in detail how they will use the feature, when they will come back to it, what they care about and what they dont and specifically relating to my work, a network diagram. Engineers groove on techincal diagrams. |
