W3C Web Services Recommendations Support Faster Binary Data Transmission (Jan 26 2005 02:29 GMT) - Three new W3C Recommendations improve Web services performance by standardizing the transmission of large binary data. "XML-binary Optimized Packaging" (XOP) defines an efficient serialization of XML element content based on XML Infosets. "SOAP Message Transmission Optimization Mechanism" (MTOM) uses XOP to enable SOAP bindings that optimize a transmission. "Resource Representation SOAP Header Block" allows SOAP message recipients to access cached resources. |

Bland Cookies (Jan 26 2005 02:25 GMT) - I came home and was hungry. I looked at what I had and decided to try and make something from nothing. By nothing, I mean the ingredients that lie around the house and never get used such as flour and regular sugar. (Everyone uses Splenda now) I had some flour, sugar, chunky peanut butter, milk, margarine, sugar, baking powder, vegetable oil, banana extract, vanilla extract, salt and an egg. |
