- David Haskin reports in Network Computing's Mobile Pipeline about a supposedly independent study released this week claimed that municipal Wi-Fi networks likely won't succeed. The study, compiled by the New Millennium Research Council, focuses on whether taxpayers will get taken for a ride on these networks and whether cities will be able to keep the networks up to date.
