Big Apple fans gulp up Madison Square Garden tix (Feb 12 2005 23:27 GMT) - So a pre sale and half a day of Ticket Master sales is all it took to sell out "The world's most famous arena", MSG. For all those doubting Oasis' selling power in it's loyal NYC hub this must be a slight shocker but to all fans who have witnessed back to back sell out shows in the city's smaller venues such as The Beacon , Hammerstein Ballroom and Roseland this comes as no surprise !The L4E and other Oasis fan forum's were jamming with members reporting of their online frustrations with ticketmaster. Many had been lurking online for a chance at decent seats only to find out that it was not quite that easy even with the advantage of Oasisinet and Krock pre sales. Seems that perhaps Sony, Krock and Vips must have blocked off quite a few good seats for themselves , which is not unusual. |
