SBS has agreed to sell Sinitec Vertriebsgesellschaft, which employs around 1,100, to A&O Systems + Services for an undisclosed amount. Sinitec provides maintenance and repair services for PCs, laptops, printers, servers, and other IT equipment throughout Germany. Newly founded A&O offers similar maintenance and repair services for both IT and telecommunications equipment.
