- I just called in this morning to tell them my problem, and they said that I didn't have the latest firmware and they "flagged" the account for it and I unplugged/replugged the unit back in to pull it down. I think diailed into it to confirm the version he told me over the phone was the verion on the PAP2. I called in three times so far today, first call the guy downloaded the firmware, no fix. |
