A free gift from the bank (Mar 06 2005 21:59 GMT) - Banks need a way to deliver the second half of a two-factor authentication system to their customers so as to kill fraud. Well here's my suggestion. |

Movie Time (Mar 06 2005 21:59 GMT) - I fell out of my habit of discussing movies on Sunday for awhile, but I guess I'll get back in my usual schedule. Also, if you'd be so kind as to purchase any of these movies through our Amazon links (see sidebar), it would help us cope with the rising ... |

Another day, another Localfeeds screenshot (Mar 06 2005 21:59 GMT) - Dig it (click for a larger version): Noteworthy things demonstrated in that picture: * A real authentication and sign-up system * GMail-style update notification * Some visual tweaks Here's a bonus shot of the still-quite-feeble site configuration screen that local editors will have access to: |

Vonage - Today's outage - a case for regulation (Mar 06 2005 21:58 GMT) - Why pay the same for VoIP as I pay for POTS? That's probably the perfect summary for the thread. It demonstrates both a complete lack of understanding with regards to the economics that make VoIP so affordable, while also underscoring your short-sighted "anything to save a nickel" mentality. |

Evangelising shouldn't be just so much about blagging. podcastpodcastpodcast. I'm still holding out till he manages to get Estro-jen back on, but so far 'it doesn't suck'. High praise huh? |
