- Actually correct me if im wrong. But the title of the thread reads and i quote "Today's outage - a case for regulation". Basically asking that if todays outage is a case to regulate Vonage. Thing is, regulation is on its way. |

- Non je ne suis pas mort mais il ne se passe toujours rien de transcendantal dans ma vie. Je bosse actuellement sur un nouveau prototype de jeu, je continue à sortir de temps en temps, à voir du monde, à passer pas mal de soirées avec Yohan, à regarder des mangas, à chatter un peu (mouif vraiment un tout petit peu…), à me poser des questions existentielles à la con… Enfin existentielles… Avant mes questions c’était du genre « Pourquoi suis-je sur Terre », « Le but de la vie est-il d’apprendre à moins souffrir ? » et désormais c’est plutôt du genre… « Le miel se mari t-il bien avec une bonne bavette ? ». Belle régression me direz-vous ? |

- [GrokLaw] - Getting back to the Canopy mess, here's the February 29, 2000 Option Agreement, purporting to give Ralph Yarro the right to purchase a 50% interest in the company's holdings then (as per the list on Exhibit A) and any made in the future. Yarro, in his complaint [PDF], says that he voluntarily rescinded this agreement and that it was later replaced with the various agreements now at issue in the litigation. He submitted it to the court with his complaint presumably to prove that the Noordas intended to provide for him liberally and to show that, according to the document, the company's Board of Directors viewed Canopy's success as largely being due to Yarro's expertise and that Canopy desired "to encourage Yarro to continue in the employ of the Corporation and to continue his actions to increase the value of the Corporation by giving him an incentive to assist the Corporation in selecting appropriate technologies in which to invest, in developing those technologies and in achieving profits as public offerings thereof are made." |
