More on Anime For Developing Nations (Apr 11 2005 20:59 GMT) - Asahi.com has an English Article on the Japanese Foreign Ministry's plan to offer financial aid for the broadcast of anime in developing nations. An official at the Ministry is quoted by the article as saying, "We'd like to extend our aid to places where the private sector has given up because of the costs."
