Truly Evil 'Evil Twin' (Apr 25 2005 13:59 GMT) - At a London WLAN conference a fake network pushed viruses, worms: According to this ZDNet article (which relies on comments from a single individual who works for a reliable company that sells corporate Wi-Fi monitoring tools), a fake network set up at the Wireless LAN Event in London last week pushed 45 "random" viruses and worms to users when they connected. The Donut Shop :: RE: Thalys and High speed internet (Apr 25 2005 13:58 GMT) - Author: FisionChips Posted: Mon Apr 25, 2005 9:58 am (GMT -5) Liked this one... interesting that it is a UK company that has developed the technology - they had to install it on a European train though because they'd be hard pushed to find a train in the UK travelling at above 10mph. |
